UMKM Intensive Training &
Coaching

Training for UMKM entrepreneurs to level up their businesses through a combination of directed and measurable training and business coaching programs.

Participants: UMKM entrepreneurs who already have products or services to offer

Training Duration: 8 meetings (once a week) @300 minutes

Coaching/Business Mentoring Duration: 1 session per week @2 hours

• Products & Services — What solutions are offered to customers
• Business Model — How the business is run until it generates profit
• Business Process — What processes need to be executed
• Financial Management — Cost schemes, pricing schemes, up to financial reports
• Marketing & CRM — Market existence and CRM management
• Sales & Distribution Channels — Determining channels and driving transactions
• Business Development Strategy — Maintaining turnover stability & protecting customers from competitors

Training & Coaching Methods:

• Hybrid — Flexible method adapting to the mentee's needs
• One-on-one mentoring via WA/Telegram/ZOOM (limited) during the learning duration
• Practical Knowledge — Applicable (70% Hard Skills)
• Personal Journal & KPIs (weekly & global)
• Assignments in each session according to the material
• Intensive coaching during the training & coaching period

UMKM MENTOR TRAINING &
COACHING

Training for UMKM entrepreneurs who have leveled up and want to become mentors for other UMKM entrepreneurs so that more UMKMs can level up.

Participants: UMKM entrepreneurs who have leveled up and passed the qualification test to become UMKM mentors

Duration: 3 days 2 nights (overnight)
